Tammy Abraham scored anĀ emphatic hat-trick against Wolves and helped Chelsea secure a much needed three points. Tomori and Mason Mount scored the first and fifth goal to seal the match 5-2.

Tammy Abraham’s hat-trick is his first in the top flight and it came in the 34th, 41st and 55th minutes of the match. The match came alive in the 31st minute when Chelsea scored their first goal of the match from an unlikely source – that of Tomori, who curled his shot from 35 yards away into the top left-hand corner of the post. The goal was out of this world and his celebration matched his goal.

There was a feeling of de ja vu for Chelsea supporters who now became accustomed to Chelsea conceding whenever they are in front. They led 3-0 at the break and within 10 minutes in the second half scored a fourth and with it Tammy’s hat-trick. Chelsea dominated the game since the 31st minute and was coasting, it seems. But then a lack of concentration led to several corners and within the 69th minute, they scored through an Abraham own-goal. This spurred on the home side and their supporters. Wolves tried everything to score again and it in the 88th minute they scored a second goal to make it 4-2.

But Chelsea kept their nerve and within the 96th minute, Mason Mount made sure that the three points were safe as he slotted his third goal for the season to make it 5-2.
