You can download the new Chelsea Supporters Club South Africa’s 2010/11 Membership form by the beginning of July 2010.
Once completed, you can then send the form to Mr Roger King (details attached on the form) with your annual fees. The form is easy to understand and will explain how the membership works.
Once again, welcome and we hope that our 2010/11 season will continue from strength to strength.
